Sorry for being quiet on this recently, I will be for probably a few more months as I am suffering a lot from PTSD as I always do at this time of year.
PTSD is a very hard mental illness to handle as even though I am acting normally on the outside, I am anxious, very angry and ready to explode on the inside.
I am just glad I have my Echo Buds and over the ear headphones otherwise I would not even be able to go out and get food and can take my mind off it with a new game I have found that helps, Genshin Impact.
