LGB Alliance Conference, John Lewis Advert.

So in a bit of personal news I got some new glasses this week, my first set of glasses every. Yes I know, I am getting old.

So John Lewis, a large general store chain here in the UK, put an advert of a boy of 9-10 in a dress and makeup having fun. I thought it was a good advert for home insurance as he was smashing things up. The GC's on Twitter had a melt down, saying this was advertising trans kids and pushing the trans aganda.

I'm sorry but when is it a crime for a kid to have fun? I used to dress up as a kid as a lot of my friends when I was that age did. John Lewis got a lot of flak over the advert as apparently so did the mother of the kid in the advert. I have to give credit to John Lewis for sticking to its guns, helping the kids family out and saying what most people knew, it was just a kid having some fun.

LGB Alliance Conference

LGB alliance, a registered charity in the UK that is almost universally hated in the LGBTQ+ Community here in the UK (Look at what happened at Manchester Pride this year) held its first annual conference this year. In attendance was about 322 people (thanks @whatthetrans on twitter for counting the people going in) including SNP MP Joanna Cherry, Conservative MP Jackie Doyle-Price and Labour MP Rosie Duffield.

There was a video going around on Twitter showing one of the talks at the conference, going on about Trans Woman using women's toilets. They are saying, of course being a transphobic organization, that we should not be allowed to use them, even though we are allowed by law to. That in itself is not shocking but what was is one of the guests, who is female, saying if the woman's toilets are full she would use the mans toilet.

Please tell me, who is wrong here. A trans woman, who is legally allowed to use women's toilets through the gender equality act, or a woman who just because she is to lazy to wait uses a men's toilet, so invading a mans "safe space"? They shout to the heavens about trans women "invading women's safe spaces" yet they do the same thing to men ! !

For your information LGB Alliance, we trans women don't go into the women's toilet to spy on women, we go into a woman's toilet to go to the toilet.

They then go on about they have an endorsement form the PM because he sent a standard letter to say he could not attend the conference but he hopes them the best for the future. Sorry, but that is a standard letter he sends out to all organizations her turns down, its not an endorsement letter.
