Clothes that help you feel better as a Trans Woman

 As the title suggests, this is about clothes that make you feel better as a Trans Woman. Now this is of course my personal experience and thoughts, not everyone will agree with me.

Skirts

I love wearing skirts, with out without tights. For me, it makes me feel confident when I am out and about, especially after you have shaved your legs. I would recommend wearing some kind of undershorts with skirts. These can be as simple as sport shots like the ones pictured or specialized ones. You can get them quite cheap from Amazon.

Shapewear

Shapewear are body suites that look like 1 piece swimsuits but are made from special material that shape your body. Think of them as a bit like corsets. The main difference between these an swimsuits is they can have a built in bra or pads to hide your boobs. When I put one of these on a friend said it made me look a size lower than I am.

Woman's T-Shirts

Women's t-shirts are generally more tight fitting than Men's t-shirts, especially around the arms and stomach. If you wear false boobs they also show them off a lot better than a typical man's t-shirt. They are also not expensive to get, especially if you go into Charity shops.

Trainers with Ankle Socks

This may sound a strange one, but have you noticed how many women wear there trainers with ankle socks? It's a lot. Women's trainers tend to be slimmer than Men's trainers but Unisex trainers is a good substitute. Also a lot of shops only go up to Size 8 or 9 in women's shoes so if you are bigger than that size unisex is the only way to go.

Woman's Underwear

I have saved the obvious to last. Wearing Women's underwear as a Trans Woman is liberating. While I may still have mans parts I still wear kickers and a bra full time. Also tights are good when wearing skirts. Personally I prefer fishnet tights but I like the goth look but I also have some "normal" tights as well. As a bonus tights that are full tights (not just leg tights) also help with tucking along with the underskirt shorts mentioned earlier and is a lot more comfortable.

False Boobs

A bonus that is not clothes is false boobs. Apart from when I am in bed I wear them all the time. When wearing sports bras the shapewear also help keep the false boobs in place, when I am not wearing shapewear its best to use bras that can support them, like the ones with wires underneath. I get a lot of compliments about them when I am out and about and online (Streaming, Facebook etc)
